Our Custom Jewelry Process
Step 1 — Schedule Your Consultation

Step 3 — CAD & 3D Rendering
Our designers create a detailed CAD model and 3D rendering so you can clearly visualize your piece. At this stage, we’ll provide:
- A finalized price
- An estimated completion timeline
A non‑refundable deposit is required to begin the CAD design. If you approve the design, the deposit is applied to your final total.
Step 4 — Review & Refine
You’ll receive multiple 3D images showing angles, measurements, and fine details. We encourage questions and feedback — this is your chance to make adjustments before production begins.
Step 5 — Wax Model (Optional)
If requested, you can view a wax model of your piece for final approval. If not requested, we proceed based on your approved 3D design.
Step 6 — Crafting Your Jewelry
Our jewelers cast, set, polish, and finish your piece with precision and care, ensuring every detail meets our quality standards.
Step 7 — Pickup & Presentation
